He was the first European to chart the Southern Cross, a symbol of exploration and connection in the Southern Hemisphere — and a reminder that there is always more to discover together.
The idea for Corsali was born from a belief that extraordinary travel shouldn’t be out of reach. By building a place of trust — where families open their homes to one another — we make it possible to explore more of the world for less. The reward is far greater than the saving itself: it’s the joy of showing our children the world, giving them adventures they’ll carry for life, and teaching them the value of openness and generosity.
As we grow, Corsali will always be about more than just exchanging houses — it’s about opening your world to others and, in return, being welcomed into theirs.
Frequently asked questions
What properties are accepted into Corsali Club?
Corsali Club’s portfolio is built primarily around beautiful, well‑kept family homes — the kind of places that make for comfortable, memorable holidays with children. We also accept a limited number of holiday homes, provided they are set up for families and meet our quality standards. Every property is assessed on seven key attributes: location, amenities, views & surroundings, design, comfort & quality, suitability for families, and unique character. By focusing on family‑friendly homes, we ensure our members enjoy warm, welcoming spaces that feel like a true home‑from‑home.
What are the fees?
There is a $150 annual membership fee, which allows you to list your home, access the full members’ portfolio, and receive support from Corsali HQ.
Swap fees are:
Up to 7 nights: $295 flat rate
Shorter stays: $70 per night (minimum 2 nights)
Extra nights beyond 7: $20 per night
Example costs:
3‑night long weekend: $210
7 nights (full week): $295
10 nights: $355
14 nights: $435
We are currently onboarding our Founding Circle — the first 50 members of the club — who will pay no membership fees until 2026.
How do I arrange a swap?
Once you’re in the club, simply share your travel aspirations and ideal dates with Corsali HQ. We’ll connect you with a great match from within the community, or you can browse available listings and make a request directly. Most swaps take place during school holidays, the summer break, and long weekends, but bookings can also happen outside of these periods. If it’s a school holiday week and we can’t find a direct swap, we may arrange a circular swap — meaning you’ll stay in another member’s home while they host a different family. Your holiday dates will stay exactly the same.As the club grows, we plan to introduce a points‑based booking system for even more flexibility.
What if a swap falls through?
Each swap includes a signed agreement between both members, outlining a plan for what would happen if unforeseen circumstances meant the swap could not go ahead. This may include options such as delaying the swap to a later date, arranging flexible flights in advance, or agreeing that each member will vacate their home regardless.
If a swap does have to be cancelled, Corsali HQ will work with you to arrange an alternative stay within the community whenever possible. We are also exploring additional swap‑protection options for members.
Can I pay to book a stay without listing my house?
The short answer? No. While we’d love to cater to everyone out there, Corsali is a members only community built on trust, mutual appreciation and generosity of spirit - meaning, if you’d like to stay in a Corsali property then you must also be listing your home with us. Not sure if your home will be suitable? Get in touch with us to arrange an initial consultation. We’d love to hear from you.
How does Corsali Club assist with planning your holiday?
Every booking includes an exclusive insider destination guide, curated by Corsali HQ with your host member. These guides highlight the best local eateries, shops, and activities, plus excursions you can book through Corsali. Our goal is to help you make the most of your holiday savings — turning them into memorable experiences you’ll remember for years.
Is my home secure when I host?
Yes. Every member is vetted before joining, and we connect you with like‑minded people who value and respect your home. You’ll also have direct contact with your guests before the swap to build rapport and agree on house rules.
Do I need to remove my personal belongings when I host?
Not at all. This is house swapping, not short‑term renting. You can leave your belongings in place — just tidy away personal clutter and prepare your home as you would for friends or family staying.
